The course provides participants with the ability to:

  • Define components that make up Umbria budgeting
  • Create team templates
  • Define and create Task Code Sets (TCS)
  • Create budget templates
  • Explain how Umbria handles fee arrangements
  • Create and apply arrangements to matters
  • Create budgets using Umbria wizards
  • Define options available in Planning module
  • Create multiple price models and compare
  • Utilize workflow options to approve and merge budget to matter
  • Install and utilize the Excel Add-in

Training Environment 

The course uses generic/demo data (Umbria v3.03) to ensure all participants can focus on the specific functionality being demonstrated, while ensuring they are able to put that knowledge into practice when looking at their own firm’s data and specific scenarios.
