We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer to work alongside our passionate product marketing team. If you are someone who has the technical depth and wants to apply that knowledge to create awesome marketing materials, then we are looking for you!

We are a software enterprise company for digital transformation & governance of collaboration systems. We develop software for governance and financial matter management. Our 300+ clients range across legal, finance, pharmaceutical, and the Big Four.

What do we expect from you?
The Solution Engineer is expected to use their technical knowledge to create product demonstrations for marketing campaigns, to draft and deliver presentations, demonstrate the features of company products, and create customized software demos for the client. As a key member of the Product Marketing team, you are expected to help with marketing collateral and technical product demos to deliver the intended product & company message. This position reports to the Product Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team on product marketing development and campaign strategies
  • Help internal marketing team and sales team understand the technical aspects of our innovative, enterprise-level software products
  • Strategizing with marketing and sales team to create customized solutions
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their software needs
  • Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products
  • Designing and creating customized software demos or solutions for the customer
  • Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations
  • Supporting the marketing and sales team with all technical related queries
  • Develop technical marketing materials and product demos, monitor product performance, and address possible errors
  • Train the marketing team on product specifications and functionalities
  • Document processes and compile user manuals for the marketing team
  • Contribute to marketing strategies by researching market trends and associated technologies
  • Comply with Company Information Security policies and procedures and report any incident that is related to information security
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, marketing, business, or related field
  • At least two years’ experience as a Solution Engineer in a related industry
  • Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
  • Professional work experience in analyzing computer software
  • Ability to create big-picture software solutions
  • Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way
  • Good knowledge of marketing strategies and product design
  • Advanced proficiency in coding and scripting languages, such as SQL, PowerShell or Python. Understanding of inner working of web applications and related protocols is a plus.
  • Great interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
