Keith Lipman is the CEO and co-Founder of Prosperoware and a known thought leader regarding information management and the transformation of the practice of law. Most recently, Keith was recognized for the second time by ILTA as a Vendor Thought Leader of the Year finalist, is a Board Member of the Matter Standards Committee, and is credited with creating the concept and patent for Matter Centric Collaboration.
Keith has served in a number of professional capacities, including paralegal, lawyer, IT director and technology consultant to law firms. Keith earned his BA, JD, and MBA from Temple University. He is a frequent speaker across many key industry events, author of multiple articles for Bloomberg, InsideCounsel, LTN, Peer to Peer, and others and a contributing author of the books Corporate Governance Best Practices: Strategies for Public, Private, and Not-for-Profit Organizations and Law Firm KM: Driving Practice Innovation and Redefining Service Delivery.
CEO and Founder
As CTO of Prosperoware, Sheetal is responsible for all aspects of technical innovation and architecture and manages the global development team. He has extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions within the professional services, financial, and travel industries. Prior to co-founding Prosperoware, Sheetal was a key architect in the iManage engineering team and, among other projects, led the company’s web 2.0 and collaboration initiatives. During that time, he also served in an advisory capacity to Microsoft in their development of SharePoint. Previously, at a prior company, Sheetal led a Dubai-based team that developed one of the first internet-based B2B portals for travel industry. He is committed to user experience and passionate about AI and machine learning.
Sheetal holds an M.S. in Information Systems with a focus on data mining from DePaul University, Chicago, and a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
Chief Technology Officer and Founder
Mike is Prosperoware’s CRO, responsible for aligning the efforts of sales, marketing and operations in order to increase revenue and assure Prosperoware’s continued growth. He has over 20 years of experience building sales teams for both Fortune 500 companies and start ups. Prior to Prosperoware, Mike was Vice President at Gulfstream Mergers and Acquisitions, a boutique M&A firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Prior to Gulfstream, he spent 8 years in Director/VP roles in the marketing software industry for Yodle, Inc. (acquired by Web.com) and SEMrush. Mike has always believed in putting the client first with a concentration on solution selling based on individual needs. This was cultivated early in his career as a sales manager and trainer in the yellow pages/directory industry.
Mike has a BS in Business Administration from Manhattan College.
